This beautiful beach has a large white and sandy beach and it is perfect for Kitesurfing, Jestski and swimming. In the high season the beach is crowded with mostly western tourists. 
6.17 of 10 Stars  There are many ways how to reach the north beach, but we can recommend you to take a small soi to the beach, opposite of the shopping mall Market Village, like here soi 75.  The roads are very narrow but it is still possible to park a car legally. The small roads are ending directly at the beach.  When you will enter the beach, you directly will get greeted friendly by a street vendor or like us, by a man, who rents out his horses.  At this beach you find a mix of different people: There are fishing people, a lot of Kitesurfers and also the normal sunbathing tourists.  So it is understandable, that here are the most luxury hotels and condos are settled.  Here all hotels have unobstructable seaview and accordingly the accommodation is expensive.  Many of this beachfront hotels are offering special rates. so maybe you can book your next Thailand trip directly at the north beach of Hua Hin.  As already mentioned, this beach is the kitesurfing beach.  And at high season, you will really see a lot of kitesurfers here! But normally they not bother the sunbathing tourists.  Here are also a lot of Kite schools settles. If you are already a professional Kitesurfer, then you can borrow you here also all equipment.  If you want to bring your own equipment to the beach, then it is also easy to do. As mentioned, the roads are directly ending at the beach and some have also a ramp.  And then you can directly start! This beach is ideal for beginners, because here are the conditions of wind rather stable. The wind is not too strong and the waves are not too high.   Many of the beginners are not able to drive back to the Kite school, so they have to take the kite and sometimes they have a long way to go.  The most of the kitesurfers are men, but you also can see some women, who are trying this sport.  The kite schools are not cheap, but the teaching quality of the theory and practice is good.  When you finished the surfing, for sure, you will be hungry. At this beach you always will find some street vendors, who are selling fruits, chicken, corn and many other things.  Ideally you also find Thai massage at the beach, if your body is hurting, after the sport.  Many hotels are offering sun umbrellas and sun loungers which you can use, when you are a guest of the hotel.  If you are not a guest of a hotel, then you can also rent sun umbrellas and sun loungers from local people.  Or just lay down, directly in the white sand!  The quality of the sand and of the water are very good at this part of Hua Hin. So you definitely can spend your time with your family at this beach.  Apart from the Kite schools is the beach more quiet and ideal for a long walk.  Or invite your children for a horse ride at the beach!  There are many things, what you can do at this beach, you also find a lot of shady places under trees or under a hotel wall.
